Aristo Components Ltd. (“Aristo”)'s Return Materials Authorization (RMA) policy:
I. Warranty Period:

Aristo guarantees a one to five year(s) warranty periods starting from the purchase date stated on the invoice. Please note that the warranty period length varies on different product. Aristo will inspect the product and at its option, repair or replace the product. Please note if the product is unavailable for replacement, a similar product will be given. There will be a repairing charge, if the product has past the warranty period. |
II. No exchange and free of charge repairing if:

Unable to present the valid warranty certificate and proof of purchase (photocopy is acceptable); |
2. |
Unauthorized modification, disassemble or attempt to repair the product; |
3. |
Label(s) on the product has been broken or removed; |
4. |
Malfunction due to chipset or circuit board damage (E.g. short circuit, corrosion, rotten, missing components, etc.); |
5. |
Malfunction due to physical damage or environmental damage caused by improper usage (E.g. electric shock, external pressure, crash, flooding, distort, crack, etc.); |
6. |
Damage caused by improper packing during transportation; |
III. Terms and Conditions:

The completed policy terms are listed above. All others terms and conditions listed in other source(s) are prevail. Apart from the terms and conditions listed above, Aristo will not provide any other warranty terms. |
IV. Important Notice:

If no problem found after inspection, additional surcharge will be charged. Aristo shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data. |
